These Terms of Service govern your use of the Doctor K Cosmetics website and your purchase of any product through it. By placing an order or creating an account with us, you agree to these terms.

Products and Pricing

All prices on this website are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors can occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error on an order you've placed, we will contact you before processing it, and you may choose to continue at the corrected price or cancel the order.

We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or update product descriptions at any time without prior notice.

Orders and Payment

We accept two payment methods: Cash on Delivery (pay in cash when your order arrives) and online payment by card, processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your card details on our servers — card payments are handled entirely by our payment processor.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. We may cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized or unauthenticated payment, pricing errors, or unavailable stock. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within Egypt. Shipping is free on orders over EGP 50; a flat delivery fee applies to orders below that threshold. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and may vary depending on your location and courier availability. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and we're not liable for delays caused by the courier, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with what you buy from us. If you're not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method (or arrange a cash refund for Cash on Delivery orders) within a reasonable timeframe. Approved refunds do not include the original delivery fee unless the return is due to our error.

Account Registration

If you create an account with us, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, product descriptions, images, logos, and design — is the property of Doctor K Cosmetics or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doctor K Cosmetics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Egyptian law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
